DATE : 11 MARCH 2022 P.C:- Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. There is no need to issue any notice to Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, as the limited relief claimed in the petition is only against Respondent No.5.

Respondent No.5 is directed to decide the proposal dated

sg 918.wp2773-22.doc 11 March 2020/28 July 2020, sent to him by Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner to the post of Shikshan Sevak, in accordance with law, and at the earliest, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.

We further direct that in case approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is granted, name of the Petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth System by Respondent Nos. 5 and the Petitioner shall be allotted Shalarth ID and paid salary with admissible arrears within a period of four weeks from the date of the approval. 5.
