This is an application for deleting the name of applicant No.1(g) from the cause title of the Second Appeal. In the application it is stated that the applicant No.1(g) Putlabai Tukaram Gadkari died on 26.12.2014 leaving behind her heirs and legal representatives who is applicant Nos.1(a) to 1(f) and 1(h) to 1(j) who are already on record in the present Second Appeal.

The present Civil Application therefore, deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is accordingly disposed of.
