The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal has been given by the College to the Respondent No.3 seeking pay fixation and that the suspension period be considered as the duty period, the same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1,2 and 3.

It is further submitted that the Regional Joint Director has recommended on 6 July 2021 the cause of the Petitioner to the Director of Education.

If the said recommendation (page No.38) is pending with Respondent No.3, then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months.
