The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.594 of 2022 registered with Sangola Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Vide order dated 22nd June, 2022 Interim Protection was granted to the applicant.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that, parties have arrived at amicable settlement and the consent terms are executed by them before the arbitrator. Both the parties are also contemplating to file Petition for quashing the proceedings by consent. The copy of consent terms is placed on record. It is submitted that, the application may be disposed of.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1627 of 2022 is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 22nd June, 2022 is confirmed.

(iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C. R. No.594 of 2022 registered with Sangola Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iv) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application disposed off.
