Mr. Aradhye, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he needs some time to obtain instructions to find out the status of refund.

We have considered the request, but we find that this Petition is no different from the connected Writ Petition Nos. 14808 of 2019 and 14810 of 2019 which have been disposed by us as infructuous.

Accordingly, even this Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.

At the request of Mr. Aradhye, however if the issue of refund persists, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps in that regard.
