Vide order dated 15th February 2021 the bail application was disposed of as not pressed, however, trial court was directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months. Thereafter extension of six months was granted twice vide orders dated 8th September 2021 and 28th January 2022. The Trial Court has forwarded letter dated 30th April 2022 seeking extension of 6 months to dispose off Session Case No.15 of 2014. The said letter states that investigating officer is yet to be examined and thereafter statement of accused is required to be recorded u/s.313 of Cr.P.C. The prosecution has so far examined 34 witnesses. 2.

In view of the request made in letter dated 30th April 2022 and for the reasons stated therein, time to conclude trial is extended by 6 months from the date of receipt of this order. This order be communicated to Trial Court immediately.
