Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Open District Prison, Paithan submitted that, subsequent to the filing of present Petition, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 pandemic emergency parole leave on 21st November 2020 and he reported back to Jail Authority on 19th November 2022 i.e. after a delay of 157 days. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
