The only ground raised is that under the provisio to section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (MLR Code), the prior sanction of the immediate higher authority has not been

obtained. The said proviso would only be applicable where the Authority before whom the Review Application has been filed under Section 258 of MLR Code, proposes to review his order. The said requirement would not be attracted in case the Authority before whom the review is filed does not intended to review his order. The Authority in the present matter as rejected the application for review, on account of which the proviso would not be applicable.

I therefore do not see any reason to interfere. The petitions are dismissed. No costs.
