Petitioners challenge rejection of their applications for grant of LPG dealership on the ground that period of lease was short.
Mr. Kate the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that this Court has subsequently taken a view that even if the period of lease is short, applications can be considered. We do not propose to go into that issue of the matter. Petitions were filed in the year 2014. Dealership on the basis of advertisement which is the subject matter of the present petitions were already awarded to various persons in the year 201415. Neither of such persons in whose favour dealership has been awarded have made party respondents. In that view of the matter, we find entertaining petitions at such belated stage would lead to nothing else but creating various complications.
