The name of Respondent No.9 wrongly carries the surname "Patil" instead of "Desai". Leave granted to correct the name of Respondent No.9. Correction be carried out forthwith. 3.

Considering the above and since counter petitions have been filed, list these Writ Petitions on 26th February, 2025 to be called out after the fresh admissions board is over. 4.

All office objections, if any, shall be removed in both these petitions on or before 13th February, 2025 failing which, the Writ Petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, on 14th February, 2025.
