On 19.6.2018, office had placed on board only C.R.A. No.462/2016, however, the learned trial Judge has sought extension of time for disposal of two appeals which were subject matter of C.R.A. Nos.462/2016 & 160/2018. Accordingly, office has moved both these applications for extension.

Perused the letter dated 03.5.2018 addressed by the learned District Judge-5 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur to the Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. By this letter, the learned Judge has sought extension of time for the disposal of RCA Nos.269/2002 and 279/2002. 4.

Perused the earlier order passed by this Court in the present C.R.As..

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 03.5.2018, extension of six weeks'' time from today for the disposal of RCA No.269/2002 and 279/2002 is granted. Office is directed to communicate this order to the learned District Judge-5 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur.
