Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is seeking limited relief i.e. representation dated 18.05.2022 be decided by respondent No.2.

We are not inclined to consider the matter on merits. 3.

It is submitted that the order of the Industrial Court is assailed by the respondent by filing writ petition and the same is pending.

It is for the respondent to decide the representation dated 18.05.2022 made by the petitioner on its own merits as may be permissible under law.
