P.C.:­ By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 28th January, 2016 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Solapur in Application W.C. Nos.91 of 2013 and 13 of 2014.

Having considered the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 to 7 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, the delay is condoned subject to cost of Rs.2000/­ to be paid to Megha 1/2
