By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of IRESH MASHAL condition imposed on the applicant.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) has released the applicant on bail and imposed condition that the applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of Bhunj Police Station, district Satara. Applicant's father expired in the month of September 2025. The applicant could not meet his family members due to restriction on him. He wants to meet his family members and requested to relax the condition. Iresh

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that the applicant is charged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and provisions under The Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsels. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

The application is allowed.

II.

The applicant is permitted to enter in the jurisdiction of Bhunj Police Station, district Satara for one month. III.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required during this period.

The application is disposed of.
