The Petitioner - Husband is before this Court, for directing the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara, to decide the Hindu Marriage Petition Nos.231 of 2016 and 232 of 2016 expeditiously. During hearing, we find that the Petitions earlier were registered as A-588 of 2010 and E299 of 2010. Thus, both these proceedings are pending for last more that eight years.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that the

In this situation, we grant Petitioner leave to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal along with order of this Court to the trial Court. If such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the trial Court shall pass suitable orders upon it, within next two weeks.

With these directions and with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court again, if grievance survives thereafter, we dispose of this Petition.
