The order impugned dated 7th March 2015 is that the rejection of petitioner's application for injunction. From the date of the impugned order, there is no injunction running against the petitioner; hence, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner, open to be agitated before the Appellate Court at the time of final disposal of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
