He therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to challenge the said Order dated 14th November 2019 either by a Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India or by an Application under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, before the learned Single Judge. Leave and liberty granted.
