Counsel for the petitioners makes a prayer for deletion of respondent Nos.6 to 17.

Since the prayer is not objected, same stands allowed at the risk and peril of the petitioner. 3.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Both the counsels have tendered consent terms which are duly executed by petitioner and respondent No.5. A joint request is made that the petition be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

As such, the notarized consent terms notarized on 18th July, 2022 tendered during the course of hearing are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 6.

A joint request made by the parties hereto for disposal of the petition in terms thereof is accepted. 7.

Petitioner No.2 and Power of Attorney holder of respondent No.5 are informed to be present in Court. As such, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The additions in regard to the boundaries as mentioned in conditions (a) to (d) countersigned by the petitioner are duly recognized by the Power of Attorney holder of respondent No.5. As such, parties are in agreement on the said issue.

9.

All the pending interim applications and civil application stand disposed of.
