The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the concerned Bank has granted benefit of one time settlement scheme. It is stated that the petitioner has paid the entire amount and the concerned Bank has even issued no due certificate. The learned counsel for the concerned Bank does not dispute these subsequent developments.

In view of the above subsequent development, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
