Heard learned counsel for the applicant. By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No. 3134 of 2024 filed by the respondent pending before Family Court at Bandra to Family Court at Solapur.

None present for the respondent. On the last date, this Court had given last chance to the respondent to go on with the matter. Today also, none appears for the respondent. Hence, I am deciding the matter on its merit.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that the Iresh
128-MCA-283-2025 (C).DOC applicant stays at Solapur with four year old son. The distance between Solapur to Mumbai is more than 300 Kms. The applicant has no source of income. The applicant is finding it difficult to attend the Court dates at Bandra. Hence, requested to allow the application. 4.
I have heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the grounds mentioned in the application. The applicant stays at Solapur with her four year old son. The distance between Solapur to Mumbai is more than 300 Kms. The applicant has no source of income. It is well established law that convenience of wife has to be considered over the husband.

In view of above, I pass the following order:
O R D E R
I. The application is allowed.
II. Marriage Petition A. No. 3134 of 2024 pending before Family Court Bandra be transferred to Family Court at Solapur.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
