After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application for bail pending Appeal, Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application. She submitted that liberty be granted to renew her prayer for bail after reasonable period if the Appeal is not heard within a reasonable time. Considering the submissions, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. The Applicant is at liberty to prefer a fresh Application for bail if the appeal is not taken up within a reasonable period considering the pendency of the pending matters before this Court.
