The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent Nos. 1 to 2 to put petitioners in possession in terms of allotment orders , annexed at "Exhibit A (Colly)" to the petition. 2.

The learned AGP, having taken instructions from the District Resettlement Officer, Kolhapur, tendered a communication dated 22nd February, 2018. The same is taken on record. The communication shows that the petitioners would be given possession of the alternative land allotted to them on 26th February, 2018. The details of the land to be allotted to the petitioners are also given in the communication. The petitioners have also been issued notice to remain Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

13 wp 8094.16.doc present on 26th February, 2018, in the Office of the Resettlement Officer to take possession of the subject land.
