P.C.:- At the outset, Mr.Bandivadekar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, the Order passed by the School Tribunal, Solapur dated 14th February, 2020 is executable under Section 13 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 and therefore the present Contempt Petition is not maintainable at this stage. In view of the said preliminary objection, Mr. Salunkhe, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to pursue the said remedy before the concerned appropriate Court.
