2] The present Civil Application is seeking condonation of delay and setting aside of abatement as against the original respondent no.1. The Petition is already admitted on 15th October, 2003 and the hearing was also expedited. The parties are maintaining status quo. Pursuant to the said order, the status quo continues. Given the explanation in paragraph nos.4 and 6, I am satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned. However, the applicants shall pay the costs of Rs.5000/- to the
