Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application as the trial has commenced.

The learned Counsel for the applicant further seeks liberty to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within a reasonable period.

I have perused the list of witnesses cited by the prosecution. It seems material witnesses may be examined within a period of three months.

The applicant is at liberty to revive the prayer for bail after a period of three months, before the Court of Session. 1/2

It is made clear that the applicant shall not seek any adjournment in the trial.

In the event an application for bail is filed, the trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
