1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2] Considering the limited grievance raised in the present petition, the petition is taken up for fnal disposal at the admission stage.

3] The petitioners are resident of village Mandave, Tal. Malshiras, Dist. Solapur. The lands of the petitioners are there adjoining to National High way No.965. The acquisition proceeding was started and notices were issued to adjacent land owners but no notice was issued to the petitioners. Therefore, they approached to the respondent No.1 and made representation to that efect dated 16.7.2020. It is stated that that after going through the representation, the respondent No.1 had issued the letter to the Dy. Superintendent of Land Dinesh Sherla 1/2

23-cwp-5792-21.doc Records, Malshiras dated 19.8.2020 and directed him to make resurvey of the lands bearing Survey Nos. 281,282, 285 and Gat Nos. 976,977 and 985.

4] The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after issuance of letter to Dy. Superintendent of Land Record, Malshiras dated 19.8.2020, there is no further progress in the matter and on this backdrop, the counsel for the petitioner submits that directions be issued to the respondents authorities particularly, respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 16.7.2020 expeditiously. 5] Considering the limited grievance in the present petition, the petition can be disposed of with directions to respondent No.1 to decide representation dated 16.7.2020, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6] All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
