Present writ petition takes exception to order dated 11th May 2023 passed by District Judge, Solapur in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.43 of 2023, thereby upholding order dated 6th May 2023 passed below Exhibit 19 in Regular Civil Suit No105 of 2022 pending before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Solapur. 2.

The writ petition was posted on 3rd September 2025 and, at the request of learned advocate appearing for petitioners, it was adjourned to 17th September 2025. On 17th September 2025, none appeared for petitioners and the matter was adjourned to 12th November 2025. On 12th November 2025, none appeared for petitioners and petition was posted to 19th November 2025 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, none appears for petitioners.

In that view of the matter, it appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting present petition. Hence, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
