Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The only relief sought in this Petition is for direction to Respondent No.3 - Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur to decide the pending charity reports expeditiously. I fnd that that 6 change reports on which the decision is sought, 3 of them are of the year 2011, one is of the year 2015, the other one is of the year 2017, and last is of the year 2012. Considering that as many as 3 change reports are pending since the year 2011, interest of justice would be subserved if Assistant Charity Commissioner is requested to decide the change reports as expeditiously as possible. Writ Petition is disposed of.
