The contentions are, the default to the tune of Rs.25,58,000/- on the part of the respondent was very much demonstrated, still the authority has failed to consider it while deciding the objection to the nomination of the respondent.

If the aforesaid contentions are appreciated in the light of the election programme, what can be noticed is, the same has travelled at an advanced stage. I am informed that tomorrow is the date fixed for declaration of validly nominated candidates and allotment of symbols. In BGP.

that view of the matter, it will be inappropriate to show indulgence under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, as this Court is not suppose to interfere with the election programme.

In that view of the matter, the petition fails, dismissed.
