Mr. Rajure, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that, by Registered Sale Deed dated 29th September, 2017 the Respondents have sold the suit property to the son of the Appellant No.1(b) and sons of Appellant No.1(a) and to one Balasaheb Sarjerao Mane. A copy of the registered Sale Deed is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
Mr. Rajure states that, the rights of the parties will now be governed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said Registered Sale Deed.

Mr. Rajure states that, in view of said transaction, the dispute between the parties have come to an end and, therefore, the Second Appeal has become infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. Accordingly Second Appeal is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
