This application is preferred by original respondent for condonation of 13 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 3.2.2014 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.201 of 2010.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

"(b) The Delay caused of around 13 days in filing of the Appeal may kindly be condoned in the interest of justice and equity."
