When learned counsel for the petitioner was addressing the court, learned APP has invited our attention to the order dated 12/07/2019 passed by the State Government putting the petitioner under 22 years category in clause 3(b) of 15/03/2010 guidelines. We take the order dated 12/07/2019 on record as Exh. "A".

In view of this development, it is apparent that the prayers in the petition do not survive. Hence, keeping all the contentions of the petitioner open and with a liberty to him to take such steps as are open in law, we dispose of the petition. nilegaonkar 1/2
