Interim Application No. 14177 of 2023 is not on board. With the consent of parties taken on board.

Both the above Interim Applications are filed seeking a direction to the Petitioners in the above Writ Petition to implead the Applicants as Respondents in the said Petition. These Applications are made on the basis that the Applicants are project affected persons and the outcome of this Writ Petition would affect their rights. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners fairly stated that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners, they have no objection if the Applicants are joined as Respondents to the above Writ Petition.

In these circumstances, the Applicants in Interim Application No. 13435 of 2023 shall be joined as Respondent Nos. 8, 9

and 10 to the above Writ Petition, and the Applicants in Interim Application No. 14177 of 2023 shall be joined as Respondent Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 respectively.

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents, including the newly added Respondents, within a period of two week thereafter.

Since the above Writ Petition is pending for admission since 2014, we place the same on board on 20th September, 2023, under the caption "High On Board".
