This is an application for condonation of delay of 263 days in filing an appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 15/5/2012 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangli in L.A.R. No.119/2008.

In such circumstances, the Civil Application is dismissed, as withdrawn. Consequently, the registration of the First Appeal stands refused.

The appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court Fees, as per rule.

In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.

All pending Civil Applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous.
