Mr. Tajane states that after the Petition was filed the Collector has passed an order dated 22nd December 2022 partially granting reliefs to Petitioner. Therefore, Mr. Tajane states that this Petition has become infructuous. Mr. Tajane states Petitioner will take such steps as advised to impugn the order dated 22nd December 2022 to the extent the Collector has not granted reliefs to Petitioner.

It is open to Petitioner to take such steps as available in law against the order dated 22nd December 2022. We are not making any observations on the merits or the maintainability or the steps to be taken by Petitioner.
