Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur, submitted that, as the Petitioner completed his age of 65 years and 14 years of actual imprisonment, so also in view of the opinion given by the Medical Board that, he was unable to undergo rest of the sentence, he has been released from jail on 8th October 2020.

In view of above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
