Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6. As the only dispute in the Appeal is as regards the quantum of compensation, the service of notice to the seventh Respondent is dispensed with. Application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 6. In view of the averments made in paragraph 2 of the application, sufficient cause is made out.
