Mr. Patil fairly pointed out that the cause title in the order states 'none for Respondent'. However, the matter was heard yesterday for the first time and the order passed by the Trial Court has not been disturbed and petition has been disposed of with certain directions. In that view of the matter, the words "None for Respondent' from the cause title be deleted from the order dated 30.11.2022. 5.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order dated 30.11.2022 and corrected order be uploaded again. 6.

Praecipe is disposed of.
