Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. Application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the first and second Respondents. As the dispute in the Appeal is only as regards the quantum of compensation, service of notice to the third Respondent is dispensed with. In view of the averments made in the application and in particular paragraph 2 thereof, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 95 days.
