The Petition is infructuous, quite apart from the initial delay of several months alleged in the Affidavit in Reply against the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Solapur City Development Corporation Limited has written instructions dated 7th March 2022 SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE as to the project status. The tender cost was Rs. 8,06,47,694/-. The project was awarded at Rs. 7,74,21,786/-. A work order was issued SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2022.03.09 15:01:32 +0530 on 12th March 2021. There was a six month extension on account of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The report as to physical work progress is that approximately 95% of the civil work is complete, about 90% of electrical and plumbing work is complete and that the financial work 8th March 2022
58-ASWP-3875-2021.DOC has progressed to about 60%. The contract in question was for the appointment of a contractor to develop, operate and maintain a sound and light show, theme-based, multimedia and a musical fountain show.

It is not possible to pass any orders in the Writ Petition in view of these statements. The Petition is rejected with these observations. There will be no order as to costs. 3.
It is open to the Petitioner to pursue any civil remedies that the Petitioner may have.
