For the reasons recorded separately, all these Writ Petitions are dismissed. However, in so as the Writ Petition No. 7140 of 2017 is concerned, the Respondent No.3 ­ Solapur Zilla Parishad is directed to continue the Petitioner to work in Solapur Zilla Parishad and though we are not inclined to grant any salary for the period during which she was out of employment, she would be entitled to be continued in service for all purpose and in so far as, writ petition no.11215 of 2017 is concerned, the Respondent No. 4, the Zilla Parishad Sangli, is directed accordingly, in the same terms.
