This Civil Application is preferred for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2 on record. As this Civil Application is filed within time, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Appellant to carry out necessary amendment in the Appeal Memo, along with Civil Application thereto, to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2, within one week from today. 4.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondents, returnable on 26th June 2018.
