The learned counsel for the parties state that the issue involved in this case stands answered by the order dated 14.8.2013 in Writ Petition No. 5728 of 2013 (Shri Mohan Sakharam Unde & Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.). It is stated that in similar set of facts, the Aurangabad Bench of this Court had directed in Writ Petition No. 7116 of 2011 (Seema D/o. Khandu Takale Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) the Respondents to consider the representation made by the Petitioner in that case, in the light of the communication dated 24.4.2007 and the observations made in the Judgment and order dated 24.4.2012. The learned counsel state that a similar order could be passed in this case also. 1/2

ssm 2 923­wp7010.14.sxw Hence, we direct the Respondents to consider the representations made by the Petitioners on 11.10.2013 and/or 4.1.2014 in the light of the communication dated 24.4.2007 and the observations made by this Court in the Judgment and order dated 24.4.2012, within a period of four months. Order accordingly.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
