The applicant is also allowed to intervene in this petition. It is made clear that while allowing to intervene in the petition, None of the contention raised by the applicant are deemed to have been accepted by the original petitioners. The original petitioners are allowed to proceed with the matter on the basis of denial of the contentions raised and the averments made in the interim application.
