DATE: 4th July, 2018 P.C.:­ 1] This is an application for grant of bail and suspension of sentence during pendency of appeal. Applications of the other Applicants being Criminal Application Nos.429 of 2017 and 395 of 2017 were allowed by this Court by a reasoned order dated 6th June, 2018. Perusal of the material placed on record, would reveal that the allegations against the present Applicant are almost similar as are made against the Applicants who have already been released on bail. 2] In this view of the matter, present Application will have to 1/2

(17)-APPA-885-18.doc be allowed on the same terms and conditions as are imposed by this Court vide order dated 6th June 2018 passed in Criminal Application Nos. 429 of 2019 and 395 of 2017.

3] Application is allowed. The order of sentence shall stand suspended during pendency of the Appeal. The Applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs 15,000/­ each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
