Though the application has been filed seeking special leave to file an appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, it appears that the appeal has been filed by the victim by virtue of the proviso to Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application be treated as a 'Memo of Appeal' and be numbered accordingly.
