Heard Mr. Manoj Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Deelip Patil Bankar, learned Chief Standing Counsel, SCEA a/w Ms. Pooja Deelip Patil for Respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Mr. Dalvi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 and learned AGP appearing for Respondent No.2.

Mr. Patil Bankar, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 tenders letter dated 12th September 2023 in Writ Petition No.7141 of 2023. As per said letter, the earlier voters lists are cancelled and direction is issued by Respondent No. 4 to Respondent No. 1 to prepare new provisional voters lists.

In the light of directions issued by Respondent No. 4 to Respondent No.1 to prepare fresh Voters List, Mr. Manoj Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
