Both the counsel submit that as per the Supreme Court 1/3

directions, the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai is hearing the matter expeditiously and the matter is already posted for concluding the arguments on 22 April 2024. They further submitted that the Husband has complied with the directions given by this Court on 15 March 2024. However, today Ms.Apoorva Thakre submits that in fact on 15 March 2024, the amount which is mentioned by her, did not include the amount payable as maintenance from July 2023 till date. She submits that as of today a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- is still due and outstanding which should be payable by the Husband. Mr.Datta Pawar appearing on behalf of the Husband submits that he has instructions from his client that the said amount is not due and payable. He submits that the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai is also to conclude the proceedings, as the arguments are already to be concluded and the matter to proceed further for hearing the parties.

I have heard both the counsel. Since the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai is hearing the main Petition No.E-305 of 2022, suffice would be the purpose if the said Petitions are disposed of, 2/3

which are challenging the interim orders passed in the main proceedings.

Both above Writ Petitions are disposed of. All the contentions of the parties are kept open, as this Court has not observed anything on merits of the case. The Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai should make an endeavour to dispose of the matter as early as possible, as per the directions of the Supreme Court.
