This is the second attempt by the applicants to approach this court for anticipatory bail. These applicants had earlier approached this court for their release on anticipatory bail. Their attempt had failed. The application of the applicant Vilas Chatur was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 28/08/2020 passed in LD/VC/DIST/ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.141 OF 2020. Similarly, the application of the applicant Tushar Chatur and Shrimanth @ Babu Dinkar Sapkal was allowed to be Gokhale

The learned counsel for the applicant in his endeavor to point out change in circumstance argued for some time. However, I did not find any change in circumstance. I did not find any serious medical condition, so far as, applicant Vilas Chatur is concerned. Therefore, I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application. After that, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 3.

Permission is granted.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such.
