1] This is an application for condoantion of delay of 1199 days in filing the Civil Application for bringing legal heirs of the petitioner No.1 on record.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 vehemently opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to payment of cost of Rs.10000/­ to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today.
